	In versions 4.0 or later of either Netscape or Internet Explorer, the file will open automatically.

	In versions 3.x of either Netscape or Internet Explorer you will have to enter the instructions to download the file, then open the file on your computer to view and print it.
•  Right-click (Windows) or click (Mac OS) the open or download icon, then choose Save Link As from the pop-up menu. •  In the Save As dialog box, specify a name and location for the PDF file, and then click Save. •  Start your Acrobat viewer. •  Choose File, then Open, select the file you saved in step 2, and click Open.
